Evidence for the ratings

*************** The Incumbent ***************

In our opinion Lindsey Graham is a candidate that will continue to keep America a Nation under Government. The evidence for this opinion is listed below.

  • Support of "Comprehensive Acts" is one indicator used to arrive at our opinions. He was a leader in writing S744. If you click here it is explained in detail why S744 is a Comprehensive Act not a law.

  • A preference for war is another standard indicator. Senator Graham does have a preference for war. The evidence of this is contained in the comments section of his profile as well as more detail as to why this is an indicator. The comments section is at the bottom of the profile.

  • There are other miscellaneous indicators such as being censured by other Republicans and his rating by Conservative grassroots groups. Please click here for a list of these and links to opinions on Lindsey Graham

  • Any Senator that voted for the S1670 legislation as Senator Graham did is a strong indicator of a Legislator that is against the system of "Community Rights" that the Founding Fathers gave America. This is one of the biggest differences between a "Nation under God" and a "Nation under Government." Please click here for a more detailed explanation of how this applies to Senator Graham.

Having watched Senator Graham closely over the years our organization is confident in our assessment that Senator Graham prefers America as a Nation under Government. There is more evidence but since our opinion of the two leading candidates in this race is that they both prefer America as a Nation under Government it was decided to apply our resources elsewhere.

*************** Other Candidates ***************

Since this organization is based in South Carolina we have been watching Senator Hutto for some time now.

It has been our observations that Senator Hutto is a very intelligent person who is a leader in Columbia, SC. He definitely understands the process of making things happen, does make things happen in Columbia as he is a hard working Senator and will be probably be effective almost immediately if sent to Washington.

If you look over our table explaining the difference between a Nation under God and a Nation under Government and decide that you do prefer America as a Nation under Government as a very large segment of the population does then Senator Hutto will probably be a better choice than Senator Graham. It is our opinion he will increase the size of the Federal government faster than Senator Graham though both will keep growing the power of the Federal government over the State governments. This is an opinion only as are all the ratings this organization gives.

One example that Senator Hutto will grow the size of the Federal Government at the expense of State Government was his support of the Medicaid expansion contained in ObamaCare. He wanted to take this money from the Federal Government even though one of the catches was that in the future South Carolina would have to supply this "free" money. This is because once the Medicaid expansion funds from the Federal Government ran out the catch for taking this "free" money was that South Carolina would have to fund Medicaid in the future. This would put South Carolina on the hook to fund a program designed and run by the Federal Government. There are some newspaper articles listed in his profile about this.

There is more evidence but as mentioned above it was decided to apply our resources elsewhere as both leading candidates in this race prefer America as a Nation under Government.

No opinion is offered on the other candidates in this race but if you prefer America as a Nation under God instead of a Nation under Government it is suggested you get to know them a little better by watching some of the video in their profiles and take a chance on one of them.
